Serenity Dreamscape by ILIA
The inspiration for Serenity came from seeds growing much better and faster than expected, plants doing the same, the cucumber vine growing at least an inch a day with Mozart, Beethoven and world flutes joining in the celebration of Spring.
Spring, with the joyous celebration of life itself, is amazing to experience. There’s colors and hints of things to come, buds and flowers, busy bees, beetles hunting for the morsels that nourish them and birds arriving from their winter habitats. The yard gets filled with life in its many forms of motion from the breeze and birds flying to the critters that visit to the plants and trees growing.
Sometimes, on a Spring day, all things are harmonious. Sometimes there’s a spring shower that pitter-pats raindrops on the earth. And, sometimes a squirrel will lay on a branch to listen to the classical music that I play in my studio.
No matter what type of day it is, there seems to be some kind of antic going on in my yard that adds to the current dreamscape I’m working on! It was no different when I worked on “Serenity.”
Here’s a beautiful explanation about the colors in Serenity:
“The light spectrum from our suns light has 2 colors that affect plants on earth. Blue light affects plant growth and the red light we see at dawn and sunset affect plant fruiting. You captured this in your “Dreamscape”. Beautiful and a bit different than your other works of art.” BL
Here’s what people are saying:
“This one is particularly beautiful. They all are. Lovely this one!” KK
“Very cool! I love it!” WIM
“Nice!!!” GM
“This is awesome.” IA
“I love it” TK
“Beautiful!” RP
