A Cheerful, Joyful and Lovely Tree

I have a lovely little tree that outgrew it’s planter a few years ago so I planted it in the ground.  Each month of the year yellow butterflies happily attend to it.   And, each November, it flowers pretty yellow flowers.

This year in Florida was a terrible year for rain storms and then we also had three  hurricanes!  The messes and disasters caused by the mixture of the two wasn’t pretty. 

Sadly enough, my lovely tree was blown over and laying on the ground during all three hurricanes!  For each one, we pulled the tree back up and supported it.  However, the wind was so strong and the ground so saturated that it was blown down again and again.  We stood the tree back up, supported it and hoped it would live through the storms.

Surprisingly enough, our lovely tree did!

And, in November, the month of the yellow flowers, we were surprised!  Not only did our tree survive, but it had more flowers that it has ever had!!! 

It has been so cheerful and joyful to look outside each day to see our joyful tree with its beautiful crown of yellow flowers!  It’s so inspirational!
